The Town of Caledon intends to designate 758 Bush Street, Belfountain and 988 Forks of the Credit Road as being of cultural heritage value or interest under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act. View the public notice (pdf).

There is a Public Information Meeting on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 about the Bolton Heritage Conservation District.
The meeting will be held in Council Chambers, Town Hall (6311 Old Church Road) starting at 7:00 p.m.
Please note that the Bolton HCD Plan is the second item on the agenda.
This is a formal opportunity to offer your input, either verbal or written.
Please note, no formal decision of Council is being made at this meeting.

A public meeting will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in the Town Hall Council Chambers to present the final draft of the Six Villages Community Improvement Plan. An info session begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. Read the notice. Visit caledon.ca/sixvillages for more information and background on this project.

The Town of Caledon and the Regional Municipality of Peel have completed a joint study to develop a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) for the community of Bolton.
The purpose of the study has been to address the transportation concerns in the study area to support planning goals for the short-, medium- and long-term.
The study has encompassed areas adjacent to Bolton for undertaking network analysis, goods movement characteristics, transit considerations and other broad aspects of the study.

The Town of Caledon will be holding a public information meeting on the proposed amendment to Development Charges By-law 2014-054.
The purpose of the amendment is to provide information on the following items that may result in development charge exemptions or discounts for:
- Secondary dwellings on agricultural properties for farm help
- Seniors housing
- Live/Work Units
And to remove the development charge exemptions or discounts for:
- Low Impact Development
- Hotel, motel or lodge facilities
